Questions,

Questions, Answered.

Everything worth knowing before your first load.

Does it really work during the monsoon?

Yes. It dries clothes indoors using circulated warm air, so it doesn't depend on sunlight, dry air or a balcony.

How long does a load take to dry?

It depends on the fabric, how wet the clothes are and how full the rack is. Thicker items like jeans and towels take longer than shirts. Wring or spin-dry clothes first for the best result.

Is it safe to leave running?

Use the timer and follow the instruction manual. Like any heating appliance, don't leave it running unattended overnight, keep it away from children, and never cover the air vents.

Which fabrics can I dry?

Everyday laundry — cottons, synthetics, towels, uniforms and baby clothes. For delicates, wool or anything labelled 'do not tumble dry', check the garment's care label first.

How much electricity does it use?

Add the exact wattage from the product specifications here, so customers can work out running cost for themselves.

Does it help with the damp, musty smell?

That smell comes from clothes staying wet too long. Because the warm air keeps moving around the load, clothes dry through instead of sitting damp.
