We ship across India. Here's what to expect.
Where we ship We currently deliver to addresses across India. [If you ship internationally, list countries here — your notes mention US/UK/CA/AU for other brands; state Havelia's actual coverage.]
Order processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery time Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro and tier-1 cities are usually faster; remote areas may take a little longer.

- COD orders: free shipping
Order tracking Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Delays Occasionally, delivery may be delayed by weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll do everything we can to help — just reach out.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at support@havelia.in.
Failed COD delivery For COD orders, please keep the balance amount ready at delivery. If a COD order can't be delivered after multiple attempts or is refused, it will be returned to us, and the ₹199 advance is non-refundable.
