Refund policy
At Havelia, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all accessories, cables and inserts included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
For hygiene and safety reasons, an electrical appliance that has been used extensively, damaged through misuse, or tampered with may not be eligible for return. Damage caused by incorrect voltage, water ingress, or use outside the instructions is not covered.
Damaged or defective items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@havelia.in with your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping
- For damaged, defective, or wrong items: we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns: return shipping is [borne by the customer / deducted from the refund]. [Adjust to your policy.]
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method.
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or UPI — we'll collect those details at the time of return.
- The ₹199 partial-COD advance is non-refundable —
Non-returnable situations
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Items returned used, incomplete, or without original packaging
- Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions
Exchanges We replace items only if they're defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, contact us at support@havelia.in.
